Remedial Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage
Relieves muscular tension and breaks down knots and adhesions which may be causing pain in the lower back, shoulders, neck etc.  This treatment is tailored to work on your specific problem areas using a combination of deep tissue and sports massage techniques.  Working in this way may cause 'grateful pain', this is good and will leave you feeling looser and more supple.
Its crunch time!

Sports Massage
This is a full body treatment but can be tailored to suit your chosen sport or activity.  Different sports involve using different muscle groups, therefore tend to cause different types of injuries.  A sports massage will relieve sore and tight muscles and help prevent injuries.

Posture Analysis
A posture analysis can identify imbalances in the body alignment which are often caused by bad habits whilst sitting at a computer, driving, carrying heavy bags or compensating for an injury etc.  Poor posture can cause muscles to become shorter, tighter, weaker or lengthened.  This treatment can identify minor problems and help correct them before they become a serious concern.  It includes a remedial massage involving stretches plus advise on stretches or exercises to help the problem.

Injury Management (depending on the nature and type of the injury)
Soft tissue injuries include sprains and strains, tendonitis and nerve impingements, plus many more!  Correct treatment of the initial injury plus a thorough rehabilitation programme are important for full and speedy recovery.  A treatment may involve massage, stretches, cryotherapy or thermal therapy.

Pre / Post Event Massage -
Takes place immediately before or after an event i.e. rugby/football match, run or a training session.

I can treat you at home or may meet you at the event.  Please contact me for details.
