BOTANICALS ORGANIC SKINCARE
'Nature Knows Best', which is why I choose to use these Award winning products which are handmade in small batches using carefully selected, natural ingredients.
We absorb as many toxins thorough our skin as we do through our food, so when we wash, cleanse and moisturise and use deodorant, a cocktail of hundreds of chemicals can be absorbed through the skin and into the blood. It makes sense to me to choose natural, organic products full of anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals which are designed to restore natural balance to the skin.

Luxury Facial
A beauty facial is one of the best ways to take care of your skin, especially when it's done by a trained and experienced therapist! I will cleanse the face aided by a deep cleansing facial steamer, then exfoliate, tone and moisturise your skin, topped off by a nourishing face mask. This will promote a clear, well hydrated complexion and help the skin look younger. You will also get a relaxing massage to the neck and shoulders.
A facial is best taken as part of an ongoing programme, it takes the skin roughly a month to regenerate, therefore a monthly treatment is ideal. Or a facial taken at least 4 times a year to coincide with the changing seasons is greatly beneficial.

Mini-Facial
This is a lovely treatment that can be fitted in to a lunch break or added onto your usual massage treatment. Consisting of a thorough cleanse, exfoliate, tone and moisturise plus a relaxing massage to the face and neck. A fabulous quick fix for dull or tired looking skin!

Natural Lift Facial Massage
Many people suffer as tension builds up in the facial muscles, which can lead to puffiness, lines and wrinkles. A Natural Lift Facial Massage uses a blend of techniques drawn from Japanese face massage (Anma) and Indian face massage (Ayurveda) plus facial acupressure and reflexology. This is a treatment which helps you to look and feel younger!

* Release of tension in the face and jaw muscles (great for teeth clenchers and grinders!).
* Helps to reduce stress, headaches, insomnia and eyestrain.

Hopi Candles (Thermo-Auricular Therapy)
Hopi Candles are hollow tubes made of cotton and soaked in beeswax. When lit, the warm air inside rises to create a vacuum at the bottom inside the ear, this gently stimulates the ear to eliminate excess wax and impurities which are collected inside the hollow tube.
The treatment requires the client to lie comfortably on their side while a lit candle is inserted into the ear and burns down to a safe distance (your hair, face and clothes are protected by a draped towel). This is repeated to the other side. You may hear gentle hissing or popping noises as the candle goes to work. You will then receive a lovely relaxing massage around the ears and face to help drain the sinuses, this includes the use of facial accupressure.
